Where do you ship & when will my order arrive?
We currently ship to United States addresses only. We’re working on adding international shipping options soon, so be sure to check back!
We’ll get started on your order right away. Current processing time is 2-3 days, with shipping taking 7-10 days. You can expect your plushie to arrive within 1-2 weeks.
How many pets can I get on a plushie?
One pet pic per plushie, please! If you’d like plushies for multiple pets, just add 2 or more to your cart and upload each photo separately. Each plushie will feature your pet’s image printed on both sides.
What kind of photos work best?
Bright, well-lit photos with your pet fully in frame work like a charm. Avoid heavy filters or blurry pics—think clear, natural lighting where your pet’s features shine. We’ll remove the background so your pet’s the star!
