A: Just upload a clear photo of your pet, place your order, and we’ll handle the rest. Your plushie will be custom-made to look just like your furry (or not-so-furry) friend!

Q: What kind of photo should I upload?
A: A high-quality, well-lit photo with your pet facing the camera works best. The clearer the details, the better your plushie will turn out! Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images.

Q: Can I order a plushie of a pet that isn’t a dog or cat?
A: Yep! We love all pets. If it’s got a face, we’ll do our best to turn it into an adorable plushie.

Q: How do I upload my picture?
A: You can upload it directly from the product page as you place your order, or shoot us an email at hello@snugdawg.com! 

📦 Shipping & Processing

Q: How long does it take to get my plushie?
A: Good things take time—especially when they’re this cute! We process orders in 1-3 business days (which includes our team swooning over how adorable your pet is), then shipping takes about 2 weeks. Hang tight—your snuggly sidekick is on the way!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States. 

🔄 Returns & Quality Guarantee

Q: What if my plushie doesn’t look like my pet?
A: We put a lot of love into making sure your plushie is the best it can be! If there’s an issue due to a defect or error on our part, let us know within 30 days, and we’ll make it right.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Since each Snugdawg plushie is custom-made, we can’t accept returns. However, if there’s a quality issue, reach out—we stand by our plushies!

Q: Will my pet be jealous of their plushie twin?
A: It’s possible. Some pets ignore it, some snuggle it, and others... challenge it to a duel. Proceed with caution.

Q: Can I order a plushie of my friend’s pet as a gift?
